In odd year elections, the Berks County VOTE411 Action Team is responsible for compiling candidate information for the VOTE411 database. This process includes collecting a list of the races that will appear on the ballot, obtaining contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers for the candidates, formulating questions to pose to the candidates, and managing the operational aspects of the VOTE411 platform.
In even year elections, the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania oversees the statewide races, while the League of Women Voters of the United States manages the presidential race.
