Here's some info to help you spread the word as well as fun ways to engage.
Remember last day to register is 10/28/21 for the 11/2/21 election!
With Voter Registration Day coming up on September 28th, here's a fun way to engage young and first time voters!
The LWV's free online game called
VerifyIt! can help teachers to evaluate students' civics and voting knowledge and help you add impact to your local high school voter registration drives.
Designed for both single and multiple players, VerifyIt addresses civics learning, voting rights (including PA specific voting information) and news literacy - all topics of importance to our young and future voters.
LWV National Office sent the attached flyer to all middle and high school Social Science teachers in Alameda county and to all of our sister Leagues in California to help them prepare for National Voter Registration Day on 9/28 - and Constitution Day on 9/17. We invite you to reach out to your local school districts to share this informative learning tool!
